Everything DiSC Personality Profiles: This leading profile tool is a powerful step to learning about how we are all wired in unique ways. These differences in wiring mean we respond very differently to the same approaches. DiSC profiles deepen this understanding of ourselves and others which in turn helps us be better leaders, colleagues, friends and partners. The Five Behaviours Profile: This assessment tool grounded in the model describe in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni provides both individual and team feedback. Participants will learn how, as a team, they score on the key components of the model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Additionally, the program incorporates DiSC profiling that helps individuals to understand themselves and others better. Using these results, participants will be able to create a better, stronger team.
Emotional Intelligence™ – The first step in strengthening your own Emotional Intelligence is to have a clear picture of your current EQ in the areas of self perception, self-expressions, interpersonal relationships, decision making and stress management. This would first be done with a self assessment to determine areas of growth. A 360 degree assessment could be done at a later date to measure growth in these areas.
